Our Precision Machining division operates one of the most comprehensively equipped CNC workshops in KwaZulu-Natal. From small intricate components to heavy-section workpieces in excess of 32 tonnes, we deliver close-tolerance machined parts to demanding industry specifications.

Fabrication
Our Fabrication and Welding division handles structural steel assemblies, pressure vessels, custom fabricated components and heavy-duty weldments. Certified to ISO 3834, we work with carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium across a full range of welding processes.

Building
Our Machine Building division designs and constructs purpose-built machinery, jigs, fixtures, tooling and specialised equipment for industrial clients. Drawing on our full workshop capability — CNC machining, fabrication, welding and fitting — we deliver complete mechanical assemblies engineered to client specifications.
Manufacture
Rotacon is one of the largest rivet manufacturers in South Africa and operates in a highly specialised sector of the fastener industry. We manufacture fully tubular, semi-tubular and solid rivets, specialised cold-formed products — and we are South Africa's only manufacturer of Brake and Clutch rivets.

Development
Our Product Development division takes client concepts from sketch to serial production. Working alongside our machining, fabrication and rivet divisions, we offer in-house design, 3D modelling, prototyping and pilot-run manufacture — closing the loop between engineering intent and manufactured part.
